KudosLift is a platform for constructive feedback between colleagues. Our mission is to create a safe and productive space where people share useful insights, recognise good work and support each other’s growth.
Why comparison
Most peer reviews ask people to rate colleagues from 1 to 5. Kindness takes over, almost everyone gets a 4 or a 5, and the results stop meaning anything.
We took a different route: put everyone on one board and ask where each person belongs. A comparison makes people think, and it shows real differences in strengths and growth areas.
