Ratings inflate. Comparisons don’t.

When everyone gets a 4 or a 5, nobody learns anything. Placing people relative to each other spreads the picture out, so strengths and growth areas become visible.

Comparison spreads people across the scale, so each result means something.

What each person gets back

For every skill, people see how many colleagues placed them where, and what they wrote. No names, ever.

Fair to strict and generous reviewers: Each placement counts relative to the reviewer’s own average, so 0 is “where this colleague puts people on average”. A tough reviewer and a kind one weigh the same.
Comments without names: Comments appear exactly as written. While people write, an AI check suggests a kinder wording when one is needed.
One card per skill, every campaign: Seven skills side by side, and the same view for each past campaign.

No names on answers

People see where colleagues placed them and what they wrote, never who wrote it.

Delayed team stats

Team statistics refresh once an hour, so a score can’t be traced back to the moment it was given.

Kinder comments

AI checks each comment for a constructive tone and gives the author a hint when it could be kinder. It never scores people.
